Landscape Services in Malta, NY

Malta has been booming — and it’s not slowing down. Global Foundries changed the whole dynamic of the town: more residents, more money, more landscaping. It used to be a lot smaller, but new neighborhoods kept going up and the demand followed. If you’re in a newer Malta home and want your yard to match the investment you made in the house, we’re the call to make.

What’s around here

Malta & the surrounding area.

A wave of new homes driven by GlobalFoundries means high demand for new landscape installations and lawn care programs.

“Malta’s very nice. It’s kind of booming — it used to be a lot smaller and it just keeps growing. Global Foundries brought a lot of new homes around Malta and it definitely changed the whole dynamic of the town — a lot more money and a lot more people, so a lot more landscaping.”

Good to know

Landscaping in Malta — common questions.

Do you landscape new-construction homes in Malta?

Yes — Malta’s growth around GlobalFoundries and Luther Forest means a lot of new homes that need everything from grading and drainage to first plantings and beds. Taking a fresh builder lot to a finished yard is squarely what we do.

Can you establish and maintain a brand-new Malta lawn?

Yes — we hydroseed and establish new lawns, then keep them on weekly mowing (from $65 a visit). On a new lawn the early care matters most, and mulch-mowing helps it fill in thick.

Will you service the irrigation system the builder put in?

Yes — start-ups, fall blow-outs, and repairs on existing systems, including the ones that come with newer Malta homes. We service and maintain them; we just don’t install new systems yet.

Which parts of Malta do you cover?

All of 12020 — Malta Ridge, Maltaville, East Line, the newer developments near Luther Forest, and over toward Saratoga Lake. Round Lake village sits inside Malta too, and we serve that as well.
