Service Area
Halfmoon is a real mix — commercial corridors near Exit 8 and 8A, large residential properties further back, and a lot of open space that gives it a different feel than the denser towns nearby. The homes tend to be larger, the lots more spread out, and there’s less of the new-construction churn you see in Clifton Park. It’s the kind of place that feels like Clifton Park did thirty years ago, when there was still room to breathe.

What’s around here
Larger lots and less new construction mean established lawn care and full-property irrigation are the most common needs here.
“Halfmoon is more commercial and residential — kind of a mix. Once you get to Exit 8 or 8A, it just seems more commercial, more business-oriented. But there’s a lot of nice housing in Halfmoon, and a lot of larger homes. There’s not as much new construction there — it’s less dense than Clifton Park or Burnt Hills.”
