“Text me a short video of the system running and I can almost always tell you what’s going on before I’m even on site.” — Mitchell
- 1
Tell us what it’s doing
Call, or text a short video of the system running — half the time we can spot the problem before we’re even on site.
- 2
We test every zone
Spring start-up or a service call, we pressurize slowly and walk each zone — checking heads, valves, and coverage so nothing surprises you in July.
- 3
Repair and dial it in
Swap broken or misaimed heads, fix leaks and bad valves, program the controller. Heads we install are guaranteed a year.
- 4
Winterize before the freeze
A fall blow-out clears every line with compressed air, so no trapped water freezes and cracks a pipe over a Saratoga County winter.
What it costs
Start-ups, blow-outs, and repairs are priced by the size of the system and what it needs. Call or text us — no charge to look at a problem and tell you what it’ll take.

Do you install new irrigation systems?
Not yet — right now we handle service, repair, spring start-up, and fall blow-out on existing systems. New installs are an insurance limitation we may expand into down the road. For now we keep what you have running right.
When should I schedule a spring start-up?
Once the hard frosts are done — usually mid-spring around here. We pressurize the system slowly, check every zone, and correct any heads that got knocked off over the winter so you’re not finding problems in July.
Why do I need a fall blow-out, and when?
Before the first hard freeze. We use compressed air to clear every line, because any water left in the pipes can freeze, expand, and crack them — an expensive repair that a blow-out prevents. In Saratoga County winters it’s not optional.
A zone stopped working or I think I have a leak — can you fix it if you didn’t install the system?
Yes. We troubleshoot and repair existing systems no matter who put them in — bad valves, broken or misaimed heads, leaks, controller programming. You don’t have to track down the original installer.
Do you guarantee the sprinkler heads?
Sprinkler heads we install are guaranteed for a year. We’d rather stand behind the parts we put in than make promises about a system’s overall lifespan we can’t control.
Why is my sprinkler head leaking?
First thing is to figure out whether it’s actually leaking or just draining. If it’s only the lowest head on a zone, and it weeps for a minute right after the zone shuts off and then quits on its own, that’s low-head drainage — the water left in the pipe running downhill out the bottom head. It’s harmless. If it’s digging a wet spot we can swap in check-valve heads that hold it back. A real leak looks different: a head spraying around the stem while it’s running (worn seal), a cracked head — usually a mower or a hard freeze got it — or a spot that stays soggy because water never stops weeping out, which usually means a valve isn’t closing all the way. Text me a short video of it running and I can almost always tell you which one you’ve got.
