Hydroseeding a new shooting range — Sportsmen’s Club of Clifton Park
Hydroseeded an expanded shooting range at the Sportsmen’s Club of Clifton Park — a massive open area covered truckload after truckload until the whole expansion was greened in.
Scope
The Sportsmen’s Club expanded their shooting range and needed the entire new footprint hydroseeded — fast — so the grass would be established before the new range was put into regular use. Hydroseed was the right tool for the size and the timeline.
An old family friend volunteered on the project — coincidentally the volunteer the club had recruited to help turned out to be someone Mitchell knew growing up. That made a big job feel like a community one.
